Error Opening A File

The .ZIP or RAR file that you download from us, needs to be extracted (uncompressed). Archiving tools may differ depending on whether you use Windows or Mac.

If files you download can't be extracted, appear 'corrupt' or you receive an error message, this can happen for a variety of reasons. There may be a problem with the file, the file may not have downloaded completely, or the archiver tool may not be working properly.

Problem solving

• Re-download the file using an alternative web browser and/or computer.
• Read the theme description. Check that you are using the correct program to open the file.
• Open the file using the operating system's built-in archiver tool ( Windows or Mac ) .
• Try using an alternative third-party archiving tool WinRAR / 7-Zip
